• Investigation of the information encoded in meerkats’ contact calls (close calls)
• Use of multi-sensors tracking collars on foraging meerkats to disentangle their close call production and the maintenance of cohesion, movements and decision-making at the level of the group
• Study of meerkats’ solo navigation strategies and use of vocal signals to reunite with their group
